MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at The Filson Queen City Kitchen & Bar (25 Freedom Way E, Cincinnati, OH 45202) and is open to the public. The purposes of the meeting are receive reports from the Treasurer and Program Administrator, consider a resolution approving an update to the 2026 Authority budget, consider a resolution approving the 2027 Authority budget, and consideration of any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
