Plaza Rules

The Banks has something for everyone! The plaza (pedestrian-only area) is 21+ on Friday and Saturday evenings from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

ID checkpoints and staffing will be in place to support a safe and enjoyable experience for those 21+.

If an event at the ballpark or stadium lets out after 10:00 p.m., minors under 21 can access the Plaza with a parent who has an ID and is 21+.

The following are prohibited except where authorized by permit or law:

– Bicycle/motorcycle riding, rollerblading, scooter riding, or skateboarding
– Stealing, damaging, or defacing property
– Amplified sound or commercial activity
– Weapons or firearms

All City Codes are enforced including the following prohibited activities:

– Interfering with a permitted event
– Drug use or other illegal activity
– Littering
– Smoking

No outside alcohol is permitted in the Plaza. Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in authorized DORA cups. Bags and coolers are subject to search. Those bringing in outside alcohol may be ticketed for open container.

Plaza is closed from 3 a.m. – 6 a.m.
