SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, commencing at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will be a virtual meeting. Members of the public may obtain log-in information for the video conference by contacting Tracy Schwegmann at 513-366-3532 and tschwegmann@anderson-realestate.com and Greg Daniels at 614-365-2789 and greg.daniels@squirepb.com to obtain log-in details for the video conference. Due to the meeting being held virtually, public comment is requested to be received either before or during the meeting through email at tschwegmann@anderson-realestate.com and greg.daniels@squirepb.com. While members of the public are encouraged to observe the meeting virtually, a conference room at Rookwood Exchange is also available for the public to observe the meeting. Individuals observing from the conference room will be required to wear a mask and comply with social distancing guidelines, in addition to meeting building requirements for entry.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
- Elect a Chair of the Board of Trustees to fill a vacancy.
- Consider a resolution updating the amounts budgeted and appropriated from the Authority’s community development charge to pay expenses of the Authority for fiscal year 2020.
- Receive an update from the Program Administrator.
- Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
This meeting is open to the Public.
