PUBLIC NOTICE OF JANUARY 31, 2019

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

 

 

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019, commencing at 3:00 p.m. at AC Hotel by Marriott @ The Banks, 135 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

The purposes of the meeting are to:

 

  1. Interview respondents to Request for Proposals for Programming Administrator.
  2. Consider a resolution approving the selection of one or more programming administrators for the Authority and authorizing officers of the Board to execute an engagement agreement with the programming administrator(s) selected.
  3. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.

This meeting is open to the Public.
