ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021, commencing at 10:00 a.m. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, this meeting will be a virtual meeting and is open to the public. Members of the public may obtain log-in information for the video conference by contacting Tracy Schwegmann at 513-366-3532, email@example.com, Sandra Christy at 614-365-2317 and firstname.lastname@example.org, and Greg Daniels at 614-365-2789 and email@example.com. Due to the meeting being held virtually, public comment is requested to be received either before or during the meeting through email at the addresses listed above. The purposes of the meeting are to elect officers of the Board of Trustees, receive an update from the Program Administrator; consider the formation of a marketing committee; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
