PUBLIC NOTICE OF FEBRUARY 21, 2019

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019, commencing at 3:00 p.m. at Moerlein Lager House, 115 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

  1. Consider a resolution approving the selection of one or more programming administrators for the Authority and authorizing officers of the Board to execute an engagement agreement with the programming administrator(s) selected.
  2. Consider a resolution levying the 1.0% community development charge.
  3. Consider a resolution estimating the amount of active moneys and designating one or more depositories.
  4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.

This meeting is open to the Public.
