SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community
Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, commencing at 4:00 p.m.
at AC Hotel by Marriott @ The Banks, 135 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
1. Receive an update from the Program Administrator and results from Research
America.
2. Discuss the signage program for The Banks.
3. Consider a motion accepting a donation to the Authority.
4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
This meeting is open to the Public.
