Colliers Relocates Cincinnati Office to The Banks with New Lease at Rosa Parks Building

After 20 years on Fountain Square, Colliers invests $3M in a modern, amenity-rich workspace designed for growth and collaboration

Colliers has signed a long-term lease at the Rosa Parks Building at The Banks, marking a significant relocation for its Cincinnati office after more than two decades at Fountain Square.

The firm will occupy approximately 14,000 square feet on the fifth floor of the building, located at 191 Rosa Parks Street. The new space offers expansive views of the Ohio River and positions Colliers within one of downtown Cincinnati’s most dynamic mixed-use districts.

Construction on the new office began in late February, with occupancy expected by June 2026. The project represents an investment of approximately $3 million and reflects Colliers’ continued commitment to the Cincinnati market and its long-term growth strategy.

The space is being designed by Luminaut, with Hunt Builders serving as general contractor and Loth Inc. providing furniture solutions. The design emphasizes a balance between privacy and collaboration, tailored to the needs of a highly active brokerage and advisory team.

Colliers’ Cincinnati office includes 68 professionals, the majority of whom work in-office full-time. While many companies have shifted toward hoteling and hybrid workplace models, Colliers prioritized private offices to support the confidential nature of client work, alongside thoughtfully integrated collaboration areas and meeting spaces.

The new office will feature a large culinary center with a full kitchen, a primary conference room with seating for 24, and access to shared building conference facilities, including a large-format space accommodating up to 250 people.

The move follows Colliers’ long tenure at U.S. Bank Tower on Fountain Square, where the firm operated for 20 years. After beginning its search for a new office in mid-2025, Colliers evaluated several downtown options before selecting The Banks. Key decision factors included building security, access to amenities, parking availability, and overall quality of space.

The Rosa Parks Building, formerly home to GE’s Global Operations Center, continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants and has seen renewed leasing activity in recent years.

Colliers was represented in lease negotiations by John Schenk and Matt Smyth. The landlord, 90 North, was represented by CBRE.

This relocation underscores Colliers’ continued investment in workplace strategy, client experience, and the evolving future of office environments in downtown Cincinnati.
