Phase II of the Banks project is now underway and by next opening day there will be a whole city block of new development. Executive V.P Scott Stringer with development firm Carter says the new GE office building will still be a work in progress with the outside work completed and construction continuing on the interior. New apartments will be open as well as new retail outlets.
“Phase II apartments will be open which is 292 apartments on Phase II and over 19,000 sq.ft. of retail space will be open,” said Stringer.
Carter has just put a new project executive in charge of the Phase II development. Cincinnati native Dan McCarthy will be begin heading up the project in mid-April.
