Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022, commencing at 10:30 a.m, at the AC Hotel, 135 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to receive an update from the Program Administrator; to consider a resolution authorizing reimbursement of costs of the Freedom Way project; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
