MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at The Filson Queen City Kitchen & Bar (25 Freedom Way E, Cincinnati, OH 45202), and is open to the public. The purposes of the meeting are the election of officers for 2026, receiving reports from the Treasurer and Program Administrator, consideration of a resolution approving a renewal of the DORA management contract, and consideration of any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
