PUBLIC NOTICE OF JANUARY 18, 2019

ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

 

 

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019, commencing at 2:00 p.m. at The Beer Barron Hall at the Moerlein Lager House, 135 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

The purposes of the meeting are to:

 

  1. Elect officers of the Board of Trustees.

 

  1. Consider a resolution approving the selection of a charge administrator and authorizing officers of the Board to execute an engagement agreement with the charge administrator selected.
  2. Consider a resolution approving the selection of one or more programming administrators for the Authority and authorizing officers of the Board to execute an engagement agreement with the programming administrator(s) selected.
  3. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.

This meeting is open to the Public.
