Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021, commencing at 2:00 p.m, at the Rookwood Exchange Conference Center, Second Floor Conference Center, 3825 Edwards Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to receive an update from the Program Administrator; to consider a resolution approving the Authority’s fiscal year 2022 budget; to consider a resolution approving the First Amendment to the DORA Management Agreement; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
