PUBLIC NOTICE OF DECEMBER 1, 2022 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY   Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022, commencing at 2:00 p.m.  This meeting will be held at the AC Hotel, 135 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio, and is open to the public.  The purposes of the meeting are to receive an update from the Program Administrator; to consider a resolution approving the 2023 budget for the Authority; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.     Dated:  November 23, 2022
