The second phase of the Banks has a price tag.
The total project investment for Phase 2 of the Banks riverfront project will be $67 million, according to the 2012 State of Downtown Report from Downtown Cincinnati Inc. Spokeswoman confirmed the cost is in keeping with expectations. The Banks is being developed by Atlanta-based and the Dawson Co.
