OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, commencing at 2:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at the AC Hotel @ The Banks, 135 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, and is open to the public. The purposes of the meeting are to elect officers, receive a presentation regarding Banks safety measures from the Office of the City Manager and Cincinnati Police Department, receive an update from the Program Administrator, consider investment options for Authority funds, consider a resolution updating the Authority’s public records policy, and consider a resolution to retain JR Anderson Real Estate to provide NCA administrative services, and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
