PUBLIC NOTICE OF JANUARY 14, 2020
ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community
Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, commencing at 4:00 p.m. at Galla Park, 175 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Ohio.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
1. Elect officers of the Board of Trustees.
2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Authority’s
community development charge to pay expenses of the Authority.
3. Receive an update from the Program Administrator.
4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
This meeting is open to the Public.
