PUBLIC NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 22, 2022 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BANKS COMMUNITY AUTHORITY   Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Banks Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, commencing at 2:00 p.m.  This meeting will be held at The Filson – Queen City Kitchen & Bar, 25 East Freedom Way, Cincinnati, Ohio, and is open to the public.  The purposes of the meeting are to receive an update from the Program Administrator; to consider approving an updated plan and budget for the Freedom Way project; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.     Dated:  September 16, 2022
