Entertainment

The Banks is not just for dining… it’s for playing, too! The river front is where Cincinnati got its start... and where people continue to come to play.

Although it may be nestled between the home venues for the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals, don’t mistake The Banks to be just a gathering spot for sports fans...

The Event Lawn at the Smale Riverfront Park is bustling with summer activity - concerts, movies, puppet shows and more. Great fun for the whole family!

We are also adjacent to the 50-acre Smale Riverfront Park where visitors can ride bikes, enjoy family friendly water features, and enjoy daily activities and musical entertainment on the Event lawn.

Finally, the riverfront is home to some of Cincinnati’s most notable regional events… and The Banks is in the heart of the action! More than 500,000 have been heading to the river front for over 25 years for the annual Labor Day Riverfest fireworks show. And tens of thousands lace up in May for the Flying Pig Marathon – not to mention the half-dozen charity walks and runs that pass through The Banks each month.

The Macy’s Music Festival calls Paul Brown Stadium home each July as will the 2012 World Choir games from July 4-14 at the U.S. Bank Arena. And for the first time, starting in late July 2012 the Bengals will hold training camp at their riverfront facilities. Whatever your age or interest… it’s happening at The Banks!
