Located just west of the Freedom Center, Phase II of the Banks is currently underway. The City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County recently completed the next segment of the Intermodal Transit Facility, a two level parking facility that not only provides the platform for the Banks development but also will ultimately create a parking facility extending over 7 city blocks. The Master Developer, Carter and the Dawson Company, intend to commence construction on Phase 2 of the Banks in the 2nd quarter of 2013 with a similar program to Phase 1, approximately 300 apartments and ground level retail.
